These are not as heavy or thick as other navy pea coats we've stocked nevertheless they will keep the chill off and still look dapper with a nautical hint. The fabric is a fine wool twill and the double breasting really pops with brass buttons. The interior is silky and a removable liner adds warmth for those colder chills. One inner breast pocket and 2 slash hip pockets
