Dated between 1917 and the early 1920s. Great leading on the reel. Pawl and gear teeth still in superb shape. No wobble or end play to speak of. Original smooth alloy foot is un filed. Tension regulator works as intended. Smoky brown agate is free from cracks. Stamped 16 throughout. Reel weighs 7. 15 oz which

T&T one piece rods are extremely rare and in my view the finest made in both hand feel

Ferrule fits are good with line up punch marks on the ferrule lips

and with purple at the hook keeper and ferrules

This is an exquisite work from the late Maine maker who made only a very small number of reels
