Last Winter - Polymer photogravure print - Edition 2021I am a person who collects things with the idea I might want to use them in a picture someday. 30+ years ago I was traveling around the US selling prints at outdoor art fairs, I traded a print for this raku pot made by a potter at the event. Last week I was on a walk in my neighborhood and someone was getting rid of a handful of dry tree branches; I brought them home to my studio. This week I made this photograph out in my backyard studio with my 8x10
My children tease me that most of my landscape pictures are titled " Tree and Fog" what can I say
