Vin SantoVin Santo is an ancestral wine made using a blend of white and red grapes; in this case 90% Sangiovese and 10 % of Trebbiano and Malvasia. The wine is aged for at least 6 years in very small barrels called Caratelli. This is a semi sweet wine that is incredibly rare. Perfect with aged cheeses and fruits desserts.
