Hardy Perfect 3 1/8" Fly ReelFor sale here is a Hardy Perfect 3 1 8" trout fly reel. Unblemished agate line guide. Full length ribbed brass foot. Rim tensioner works as intended. Dup MKII check. Right hand retrieve. A very nice reel mechanically and cosmetically. No cracks, chips, or dings.
Hardy's made this run of reels supposedly on machines that utilize the tooling of the original 1971-1972 reels
The varnish is in very good condition with a few light bag impressions and chips
The reel is in good condition with some minor pitting on the spindle boss and some abrasions on the rims
For sale here is a handsome leather rod tube 50" in length with a 1 9/16" diameter

Ferrules are 9/64
Rod is in good condition although it could use a polishing
