70s Black Velvet One Shoulder Pencil Dress By VanityOver the top Vintage 1970s black velvet wiggle dress. Giant black and metallic gold striped sash that goes across one shoulder an around the waist. Large beaded flower detail. Velvet strap with shoulder pad under the sash. Side zipper closure. Raw edge seams inside the dress and the bodice has boning. Brand Vanity Tagged size 30 but please double check measurements in photos for accurate fit and note it does not have much stretch. Great vintage
